Papillon Lagoon Reef Hotel, Diani Beach

I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the beach and pool area were lovely, and I appreciated the friendly staff who always tried to help. However, the rooms had some damp issues and the dining options were repetitive, which made my stay less enjoyable. Overall, I wouldn’t consider this a perfect stay but it had its charms.

Our stay at the resort was a truly memorable experience! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with beautiful clean surroundings. The staff went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable, always greeting us with a smile. The location was unbeatable, right next to the stunning beach, although a bit of hassle with persistent beach vendors. The dining was quite nice but could use a bit more variety at times. Overall, it was a fantastic value for the experience we received.

My stay at Papillon Lagoon was truly extraordinary, offering an unforgettable experience with wonderful service, clean and beautiful surroundings, and some of the best food I've ever had. Albert and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome, and I loved the vibrant atmosphere of the resort. The experience was just a tad marred by my room being a bit on the tired side, but the overall value for money was fantastic.
